UX Designer

We are partnering with a leading consultancy that delivers complex digital transformation projects, often within government or large enterprise environments. They are seeking a talented UX Designer to join their innovative team.

The Role

  • Understand user needs and context through comprehensive research.
  • Define clear UX goals and principles based on research insights.
  • Apply human factors knowledge, including Hick's Law and Fitt's Law, to optimize user interactions.
  • Design user experience architecture, encompassing functions, information flow, and interactions.
  • Develop effective navigation pathways and content organization strategies.
  • Integrate technological, operational, and functional constraints into human-centered design opportunities.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer in complex digital transformation, government, or enterprise settings.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  • Ability to conduct and interpret user research to inform design decisions.
  • Experience creating information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, and interaction designs.
  • Knowledge of human factors and interaction design principles like Hick's Law and Fitt's Law.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills for multidisciplinary team collaboration.
