Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau are essential. Responsibilities

- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to inform decision-making.
- Managing projects related to process optimization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives to scale operations and improve service delivery.
- Providing training and guidance to team members to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
