Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines
- Prior experience in recruitment, client management, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and excellent communication skills
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach
- Passion for learning and a commitment to professional development
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accurate and timely information management
- Communicate effectively with candidates and clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Collaborate with the HR and recruitment teams to develop sourcing strategies and improve hiring workflows
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and assist in analyzing data to optimize processes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and data protection regulations
