Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.

- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients and candidates regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop recruitment strategies and improve sourcing techniques.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments and continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills.
