About The Role
We are looking for an experienced, permanent UX Designer to join our digital team and support the development and optimisation of the Wren website across our complete room proposition: kitchens, bedrooms and living.
This is a full-time hybrid role, with three days per week in the office and two days working from home.

Main responsibilities:
- Review and improve customer journeys across kitchens, bedrooms and living.
- Work collaboratively with our digital, data and UI teams.
- Help plan and conduct customer research and usability testing.
- Work with the digital team to synthesise research, customer feedback and behavioural data into clear, actionable insights.
- Identify customer needs, journey friction and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce user flows, journey maps, low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborate with UI designers to develop validated concepts into consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Facilitate workshops and help stakeholders align around customer needs and priorities.
- Establish a consistent UX approach across all Wren room propositions.

About You
- Proven UX experience within retail or e-commerce.
- Experience designing high-consideration customer journeys.
- Strong research, synthesis and workshop-facilitation skills.
- Confident producing low-fidelity wireframes, user flows and prototypes.
- Comfortable combining customer insight, analytics and commercial objectives.
- An effective collaborator who can work across digital, data, UI, product and commercial teams.
