About The Role

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve overall processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively.
- Participate in client meetings and provide insights on staffing needs and market availability.
- Support onboarding processes and assist with new hire documentation and orientation.
