The opportunity

Birchwell Associates is supporting a growing digital product business in the search for a UX Designer. This role will suit a designer who enjoys understanding user problems and turning insight into clear, accessible digital journeys.

You will collaborate with product managers, researchers, UI designers and engineers to shape new features, improve existing experiences and validate design decisions.


What you will be doing

  • Map user journeys, task flows and end-to-end digital experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs in Figma.
  • Support user interviews, usability testing and design validation.
  • Translate research and product requirements into practical UX solutions.
  • Work closely with UI designers and engineers during product delivery.
  • Promote accessibility, consistency and user-centred design standards.

What we are looking for

  • Commercial experience in UX, product or interaction design.
  • A portfolio showing user-centred design process and delivered work.
  • Strong wireframing, prototyping and Figma skills.
  • Experience using research and usability testing to improve designs.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and responsive digital-product design.
  • Strong communication and confidence working in cross-functional teams.
