Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in full-stack development
  • Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools like React, Angular, Node.js, or Django
  • Strong understanding of database systems, RESTful APIs, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable software solutions to support Hackajob Ltd’s platform and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows, documentation, and testing procedures
  • Engage in regular team meetings and provide technical guidance when needed to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
