Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics to improve user satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Salary
35000 - 55000 GBP Per annum
