About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior UX Designer to join our collaborative design team at Hypercreate Ltd. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a creative individual eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment. As a Junior UX Designer, you will play a vital role in translating user needs and business objectives into engaging and seamless digital experiences. Working closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers, you will contribute to the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing. Your insights will directly influence the usability and effectiveness of our digital products, making this an ideal position for someone looking to grow their career in user experience design.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in UX design principles and a passion for creating user-centered solutions. A compelling portfolio demonstrating your UX process, problem-solving skills, and design thinking is essential. Candidates should have at least 1+ years of commercial experience or a relevant academic background, such as a degree or bootcamp certification in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma, is highly preferred. A solid understanding of usability principles, information architecture, accessibility standards, and best practices in UX is crucial. Excellent communication skills are necessary to articulate your design decisions effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback are qualities that will help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting comprehensive user research, including competitor analysis, user interviews, surveys, and other methodologies to gather valuable insights.
- Create detailed user personas, user journeys, and process flows to map out product features and enhance user understanding.
- Design wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or Sketch to visualize concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
- Support the planning and execution of usability testing sessions, collecting and analyzing feedback to inform iterative design improvements.
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure that UX principles are seamlessly integrated into the final product, maintaining consistency and usability standards.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, accessibility standards, and best practices to continuously enhance your design skills and contribute innovative ideas.
