About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Signage Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of digital signage projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a technical understanding of digital signage systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects with a talented team dedicated to transforming visual communication for clients across various sectors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the digital signage, AV, or related technology industries.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital signage hardware and software.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of digital signage projects from inception to delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are accurately understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule and within scope.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure all hardware and software components are delivered and installed according to specifications.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project feasibility and requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and technical specifications.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of digital signage systems to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.
- Provide post-installation support and training to clients as needed.
