Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience with user-centered design, usability principles, human factors, and field user research.
- Experience with machine learning capabilities and limitations, and designing human-AI collaboration workflows.
- Experience in communicating user experiences using wireframes, storyboards, or interactive prototypes, and collaborating with engineering teams to translate designs into scalable UI components or design systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
- 4 years of experience leading design projects.
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
- Experience in evaluating complex spaces to surface and define both new and existing interaction patterns within an AIUX repertoire.

As a UX Designer focusing on interactions, you will help build the frontier of Human-AI interaction, ensuring that new technologies and experiences remain profoundly rooted in human needs. You will join a nimble, cross-functional team—spanning models, human factors, user research, and engineering—to deliver frontier interactions that actively shape how technology is built and deployed.

Responsibilities
- Understand UX excellence and surface both new and existing UX patterns within the AIUX repertoire.
- Ground your interactive designs in deep human factors understanding, drawing inspiration from field user research and our existing AIUX corpus.
- Drive breakthrough experiences by designing for hero products and high-impact launches.
- Translate patterns from experiments to help turn them into transitionable pattern technology.
- Design targeted experiments around core themes and upcoming technical capabilities.
