About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is advantageous.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people find the right opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and timely records of all recruitment activities.
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships.
