About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are required to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders. A thorough understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance within the engineering industry is also necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Developing detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
  • Overseeing project execution, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure project milestones are met
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost control
  • Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless project workflows
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders
  • Facilitating effective communication across all project teams
  • Leading project meetings, resolving issues, and maintaining documentation
