UX Designer
Permanent | Hybrid | £50,000 - £55,000
Are you a talented UX Designer with experience in the online gaming and sports betting sector? We're partnering with an innovative and highly successful organisation seeking a creative, user-focused professional to help design engaging digital experiences that delight users and drive business success.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your ideas will directly influence product development and customer experience. You'll be involved in the full design lifecycle, from research and concept creation through to delivery, helping to shape products used by a large and growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX design initiatives across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, analyse insights and translate findings into intuitive user journeys
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and key stakeholders throughout the design process
- Develop and maintain user-centred design solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives
- Facilitate usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements
- Ensure consistency across products through the application of design systems and best practice
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Support continuous optimisation of customer experiences through data-driven design decisions

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a UX Designer within the online gaming, iGaming, sports betting or gambling sector
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and end-to-end project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies, user research and usability principles
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows and customer journey maps
- Ability to interpret user behaviour and business requirements to develop effective design solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience working within agile product development environments would be advantageous
- Passion for creating accessible, engaging and intuitive digital experiences
