About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team at Doccla UK Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of our remote patient monitoring systems. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, technical teams, and patients to ensure seamless integration and operation of our digital health solutions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Nursing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in healthcare technology or telemedicine are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of remote monitoring devices, electronic health records (EHR), and healthcare compliance standards such as GDPR and HIPAA. Experience in a clinical setting, technical troubleshooting, and system integration will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively liaise with healthcare providers and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the deployment and maintenance of remote patient monitoring systems
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Providing training to healthcare staff and patients
  • Collaborating with the product development team to provide user feedback and assist in customizing solutions to meet specific clinical needs
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards
  • Monitoring system performance
  • Analyzing data to identify potential improvements
  • Contributing to the creation of user documentation and training materials
  • Building strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients to facilitate smooth adoption of our digital health solutions
