About the Role

The Manager, UX Development role leads my client's UX Development team globally and oversees front-end development activities for their software products, ensuring that they are effective, efficient, satisfying, and safe to use. • Develop and maintain a network of stakeholders; in particular, leaders in the Product and Engineering divisions. Understand the needs of these stakeholders, agree with them the scope of work, and ensure they are kept up to date with progress
  • Support the Head of UX&D in evangelising the benefits of User-Centred Design across the business, including collating and communicating a set of compelling case studies where UCD has made a measurable business impact

  • Lead the development of, and act as owner/authority for, Design System and the Component Library (ECL). Evangelise the benefits of the Design System/Component Library across the business and ensure its widest possible adoption. Work closely with members of the UX Strategy & Design team to maintain the Design System.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
