🎨 UX / PRODUCT DESIGNER – 10-MONTH CONTRACT
📍 London | Hybrid – Tuesday to Thursday onsite
💰 £42.31 per hour + 14.54% holiday pay
📅 10-month contract
🕙 Working hours: 10am–6pm
We’re looking for an experienced UX / Product Designer to join a highly collaborative product environment, taking ownership of end-to-end design work and helping create intuitive, scalable and engaging user experiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine strong visual and interaction design skills with user-centred thinking, research, data and stakeholder collaboration.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end UX and product design tasks, from identifying user problems through to final implementation.
- Create design concepts, mock-ups, prototypes and models to support product ideation and user research/testing.
- Develop innovative design solutions that balance user needs, product requirements and wider business objectives.
- Apply UX frameworks, principles, patterns and systems to create intuitive and scalable experiences.
- Contribute to and help evolve design systems and design languages across products and teams.
- Continuously improve designs based on UX testing, user insights, data and stakeholder feedback.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate the rationale behind design decisions and build stakeholder support for the overall design vision.
- Translate designs into clear specifications, mock-ups and product models for engineering implementation.
- Use data, metrics, user behaviour and market trends to understand product performance and inform design decisions.
- Manage and prioritise design work across multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of craft and execution.
