UX Product Lead

  • Pay: £68,112-£71,121 per annum
  • Security Clearance: DBS – Must be willing and eligible for CTC
  • PERM ROLE
  • CV Deadline: ASAP
  • Interview Process: TBC
  • Location: Kilburn / Westminster 3 days/week onsite

Experience

  • 5+ years of product management or functional experience, with at least 2 years focused on UX, employee experience, CRM, or portal solutions within SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Lead within an enterprise SaaS or internal product setting.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud (including Journeys, Redwood UX, HCM/ERP self-service)
  • Public sector experience desirable, policing experience advantageous.
  • Experience managing technology development or implementation projects.
  • Experience leading a small team of analysts or functional SMEs, providing direction, coaching, and technical oversight.
  • Experience shaping product strategy and building roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
  • Strong understanding of public-sector shared services and related challenges.
  • Experience owning or managing a functional enhancements backlog within a complex SaaS environment

  • Educated to a high level, with strong understanding of SaaS-based UX products and cloud technologies.
  • Practical knowledge of end-to-end business processes relevant to Oracle UX (HR, Finance, Procurement etc.).
  • Knowledge of public-sector shared services and the complexities they face.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud UX components (Journeys, Redwood UX, self-service flows) and/or ServiceNow portal capabilities.
  • Understanding of best-practice ERP UX models and modern industry UX platforms.
  • Detailed knowledge of product lifecycle processes, including UX discovery, prototyping, testing, and change management
