About the Opportunity
We are building an elite Graphic & UX/UI Designer Expert Network to connect highly skilled design professionals with leading AI labs. By joining this network, you will be considered for high-impact, remote contract opportunities where your creative and analytical expertise will help shape the future of artificial intelligence in design.
What You Will Contribute
- Train and evaluate frontier AI models specifically focused on Graphic and UX/UI Design.
- Create design-focused tasks, prototypes, and deliverables based on real-world scenarios.
- Provide detailed, domain-specific feedback to refine AI-generated visual elements, layouts, and user experiences.

What We Are Looking For
- Professional, hands-on experience in user experience (UX) research, interface design, visual design, and rapid prototyping.
- Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate design rationale and evaluate model outputs.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks in a remote digital environment.
Project Details & Compensation
- Format: 100% Remote, independent contractor role. You set your own schedule.
- Commitment: Typical project commitments range from 15 to 30 hours per week when matched.
- Compensation: Highly competitive hourly rate ranging from $60.00 to $80.00 per hour, processed weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
- Confidentiality: Your work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any current employer, client, or agency.

How it Works
This is an open application to join our Design talent network. Once you submit your resume and portfolio details, we will review your credentials. Approved experts will be invited to a brief AI-guided interview and matched to relevant projects on a rolling basis.
