About The Role
We are currently seeking a talented UX/UI Designer for a three-month contract based in Manchester, with a hybrid work arrangement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical discovery phase of a digital project, where your creativity and user-centric approach will directly influence the development of intuitive and accessible interfaces. As a UX/UI Designer at Adecco, you will be responsible for crafting engaging user experiences by applying human-centered design principles, conducting research, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure that the final product not only meets business objectives but also provides seamless, accessible, and enjoyable experiences for users.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in UX/UI design, with proven experience in designing complex digital applications. A creative portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions is essential. Proficiency in modern design tools, particularly Figma, is required. Candidates should have excellent research skills, with the ability to analyze user feedback and translate insights into effective design strategies. Strong communication and collaboration skills are vital for working effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to ensure cohesive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing outcomes, and stakeholder input to refine and enhance the user experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design to ensure the project remains innovative and competitive.
- Document design specifications and maintain design consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
