Pluro is looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to support our Shopify and ecommerce projects on an ongoing contract basis.

We need someone who combines strong visual judgement, brand sensitivity and conversion-focused UX with an advanced AI-assisted Figma workflow.

This is not a role for someone who simply generates screens using AI. You must be able to direct the tools, challenge the output and refine it into thoughtful, polished and development-ready design.

The role

You will work with our founder, project team and developers to:

  • Design high-quality ecommerce experiences in Figma
  • Use Figma AI to accelerate concepts, exploration and iteration
  • Translate brand direction into clear digital design systems
  • Create conversion-focused customer journeys
  • Improve navigation, landing pages, product pages, carts and other key touchpoints
  • Design consistently across desktop and mobile
  • Build reusable components and maintain organised Figma files
  • Prepare clear, development-ready designs and handovers
  • Review implemented work and help maintain design quality
  • Balance speed with strong creative and commercial judgement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
