🧢 Mid-level profile (3 to 5 years of experience)
The role
Digidop keeps growing.
To support our move upmarket and the growing diversity of our projects, we're looking for a mid-level UX/UI Designer who can craft premium experiences, prototype fast, and fully integrate AI into their way of working.
We're looking for someone with high standards on final quality, but pragmatic on speed of execution. Someone who sees AI as a lever for production and creative exploration.
What you'll do day to day
Design premium web experiences
- You'll own client projects end to end: research, architecture, wireframes, design systems and high-fidelity mockups.
- You'll work on varied projects for ambitious brands, sometimes with experiences designed to compete for Awwwards.
Prototype and iterate fast
- You use AI in your daily workflow to accelerate exploration phases, test more creative directions and produce more efficiently.
- You have a high level of mastery on Figma and you know when to step outside Figma to push things further.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
