About The Role
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Webxcell. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to translate concepts and requirements into compelling visual designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for user experience, and the ability to balance functionality with visual appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from website redesigns to innovative mobile app interfaces, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of every design decision.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience of 3+ years in UX/UI design, particularly for web and mobile platforms, is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design skills is necessary. Familiarity with front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a keen eye for detail are also important attributes for this role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance usability and visual appeal.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Maintain consistency in style, branding, and user experience across all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Ensure designs are feasible within technical constraints and collaborate with developers during implementation.
- Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine the final product.
