Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 3 years in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications is essential. Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar is required. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing is necessary. Excellent communication skills, the ability to interpret client requirements, and a collaborative mindset are highly valued. A portfolio showcasing a range of projects with clear design thinking and problem-solving skills is a must.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and developers to gather and understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for optimal user experience.
• Ensure consistency in visual and interaction design across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the quality of work.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and user flows.
• Maintain organized design documentation and version control for seamless collaboration.
