Primary Care Staff Nurse Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Primary Care Staff Nurse within our Community Treatment Care (CTAC) service based in Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership. This role is part of an integrated nursing team model and works within a wider General Practice multidisciplinary team.
Role Details
- Part-time Basis: Monday – Friday
- Main Base: Campbeltown (travel throughout the locality is essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with the new GP contract terms.
- Become an integral part of the extended Primary Care Team.
- Work collaboratively with GP Practices, Community Nursing colleagues, and a range of Allied Health Professionals to provide excellent, person-centred care to our community.

Desirable Skills and Experience
- Strong time-management skills.
- Adaptability.
- Genuine passion for holistic patient care.
- Experience in basic and complex wound care, phlebotomy, ear irrigation, vaccinations, patient observations, and ECGs is desirable.
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Who We Are Looking For
- Newly Qualified and Nurse Registrants interested in a career in Primary/Community Care.
- Must have a UK car licence/car access.

- Interviews will be conducted in person at Mid Argyll Community Hospital and Integrated Care Centre.
