Job Description
Role Overview
The Vaccines Account Manager is a key customer-facing role accountable for regional and local pull-through of National Immunisation Programmes (NIPs) and supporting optimal uptake of priority vaccines. The Vaccine Account Managers will support the Vaccines & Public Health Business Unit in improving vaccination coverage rates and reducing health inequalities through engaging key stakeholders across both primary (e.g. school immunisers, GP practices) and secondary care settings (e.g. hospitals). The role combines expertise in account management, promotion, education, and digital engagement to maximise brand adoption and satisfaction, ensuring cohesive execution across assigned geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers, influencers and system stakeholders across prioritised territories.
- Diagnose local and regional barriers to vaccination uptake and co-create targeted engagement plans that address gaps and enhance vaccine coverage rate (VCR) performance.
- Execute compliant promotional engagements, both face-to-face and virtual that drive behaviour change aligned to brand strategy and increase vaccination uptake.
- Facilitate tailored education, workshops and capability-building initiatives for local and regional stakeholders.
- Utilise approved data sets and dashboards for iterative planning, tactical implementation, and accurate CRM documentation including digital consent acquisition. Gather real-world market insights to inform future strategy and messaging.
- Be accountable for the pull-through of marketing campaigns (Marketing retains campaign creation ownership) and for translating customer insight to refine local execution.
- Partner with Vaccine Healthcare Leads in overlapping geographies to ensure compliant and cohesive delivery across accounts.
- Maintain exemplary standards of governance and ABPI compliance across all engagements and materials.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
