Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour plus cash tip$!
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Hotel in Boston, MA
Shift: Flexible
Must Have:
- (1) 2 Years Drivers License
- (2) Preferred - Ability to Drive Stick-Shift/Manual Cars
What We're Looking For
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
- Load, unload, and transport luggage throughout the hotel
- Answer guest questions about the hotel and local area
- Provide directions and guidance on transportation options
- Assist guests with restaurant reservations, tickets, tours, and other bookings
- Recommend local restaurants, attractions, and services
- Communicate with hotel staff to help resolve guest needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional guest arrival area

Must Haves:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to safely operate a variety of passenger vehicles
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing in excess than 50 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Knowledge of the local area is preferred
Good to Haves:
- Previous hospitality, valet, bell service, concierge, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
