About This Role
Are you a Van Driver, Vehicle Valeter or Driver Valeter looking for your next opportunity? Our Van Driver/Valet role within Dawsongroup Truck and Trailer could be exactly what you've been looking for, offering a varied position where no two days are the same and where you'll help keep our fleet looking its best and ready for customers.
- Inspect, clean and prepare commercial vehicles to Dawsongroup's high standards, ensuring they are ready for hire.
- Carry out basic vehicle checks, minor maintenance tasks such as mirror glass replacement, and report any issues promptly.
- Collect and deliver vehicles, documents and parts as required while representing Dawsongroup professionally.
- Complete electronic vehicle documentation and record vehicle condition accurately.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and safe yard while working towards agreed quality and cleaning targets.
About You
You enjoy taking pride in your work and understand that the small details make a big difference to our customers. Whether you already have vehicle valeting experience or have transferable skills and the right attitude, we'll provide full training to help you succeed.

- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of care and attention to detail.
- A positive team player with good communication skills and a professional approach.
- Happy to work both indoors and outdoors as part of a varied working day.
