Valhalla Auto Electrician

Location: Gaydon

Join Aston Martin and help craft the world's most beautiful high-performance cars.

At Aston Martin, precision, innovation, and craftsmanship come together to create extraordinary vehicles. We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our Production team at our Gaydon facility, where you will play a vital role in supporting vehicle build quality and ensuring electrical systems perform to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults on vehicles
  • Removing and refitting interior and exterior trim when required
  • Using specialist diagnostic equipment to test, verify, and interpret fault data
  • Minimising rework and maintaining production efficiency
  • Accurately recording and reporting faults
  • Supporting engineering and production teams in identifying and resolving issues

Requirements

  • Completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant automotive industry experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive electrical systems, harness manufacture, and electronic module diagnostics
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering circuit diagrams and process documentation
  • Experience of electrical architecture and VCATS would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident working with engineers and suppliers to resolve technical issues
  • Fully computer literate
  • Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail
