About The Role
We are actively seeking a Validation Administrator to join our friendly, dedicated team that ensures our customer needs are met in an efficient and timely manner. An excellent telephone manner and problem-solving skills are a must.
Location: Lingley Mere, Warrington
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (8am-5pm)
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To
- Working with planners and site agents to ensure packs are correctly produced and work validated accordingly
- Full customer compliance interaction to support case owner process
- The role will be expected to validate each work order raised
- Monitor and manage appointments
- Support system and process improvements
- Production of Utility prints and be fully compliant with the Zone of Interest process
- Maintain KPI/ODI levels within work banks
- Escalating issues as they arise in a busy environment

Desirable Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role
- Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory customer service standards
- Detailed knowledge of service level agreements across the Network Alliance
- Sound knowledge of the escalation process
- Detailed knowledge of wastewater processes
- A high degree of social skills for working in a customer-oriented environment.
- Previous customer contact experience (face to face, phone, or internal customers)
- Working with planners and site agents to ensure packs are correctly produced and work validated accordingly
- Escalating issues as they arise in a busy environment
- Highlight any areas that show H&S risk
