About the Role: Validation Service Engineer
As the Validation Service Engineer, you will execute validation and routine verification activities that support the compliant manufacture of disinfectant products and the ongoing control of validated processes, equipment, and environments. The role is focused on protocol execution, accurate data capture, deviation reporting, and supporting the site in maintaining a validated and inspection-ready state.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out validation and revalidation activities for manufacturing processes, cleaning methods, disinfectant preparation steps, and associated equipment in line with approved protocols.
- Support qualification activities for equipment, utilities, and controlled environments used in production, storage, and handling operations.
- Complete protocol steps, data sheets, sampling records, and supporting documentation accurately and in real time.
- Record process observations, test results, and critical parameters against defined acceptance criteria and escalate any anomalies promptly.
- Support execution of efficacy, contact time, surface coverage, or environmental verification activities where required by site procedures.
- Assist with investigations linked to validation failures, out-of-limit findings, deviations, or changes affecting validated systems.
- Prepare validation packs, check equipment and materials readiness, and coordinate practical execution with production, laboratory, engineering, and quality teams.
- Contribute to periodic review, requalification planning, and maintenance of the site validation schedule.
- Maintain controlled records in line with GDP, data integrity requirements, and internal document standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve validation execution, document flow, and operational compliance.
- Realise service maintenance and Installation qualification / operation qualification (IQ/OQ) of the equipment.

Requirements:
- Educated to NVQ, BTEC, HNC, A-level, or equivalent in a scientific, engineering, manufacturing, or technical discipline.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing, laboratory, pharmaceutical, chemical, hygiene, or disinfectant production environment is desirable.
- Practical exposure to validation, equipment qualification, cleaning verification, or GMP-controlled documentation would be advantageous.
- Experience following standard operating procedures (SOP's) and completing documentation to a high standard in a controlled environment.
- Familiarity with deviation reporting, Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) support, or change control in a regulated setting would be beneficial.
- Good working knowledge of Good Manufacturing practice (GMP), hygiene control, and validation requirements within a regulated production environment.
- Understanding of process validation, cleaning validation, equipment qualification, and routine verification principles.
- Ability to interpret approved protocols, work instructions, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Competence in accurate data recording, basic data review, and completion of validation and quality records.
- Awareness of data integrity principles and the importance of contemporaneous, legible, and traceable documentation.
- Ability to identify non-standard results and escalate issues in a timely and controlled manner.
- Competent user of standard digital tools used for documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
- Full clean UK driving licence (75% UK / Europe travel)
