Programme Overview
On the Valuation Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping clients understand the value of businesses and key assets to support important investment, transaction and reporting decisions. You’ll work in high-performing teams, using research, analysis and specialist valuation techniques to solve complex challenges. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build your potential while making a real impact for clients and society. Along the way, you’ll achieve a globally recognised qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) for UK & Ireland and Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) for Financial Services.

What You Will Be Doing
- Work on high-profile valuation projects across UK & Ireland or Financial Services.
- Use research, analysis and valuation techniques to assess businesses and key assets.
- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and specialist skill sets.
- Develop your expertise through hands-on experience, professional qualifications and formal training.
