Reeds Rains in Salford is looking to recruit a highly motivated Valuation Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. No experience required although beneficial.

Role Overview
As a Valuation Manager working at Reeds Rains, you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within the branch by:
- Generating and conducting Sales Valuation appointments
- Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
- Proactively prospecting for new business
- Growing local market knowledge and networking
- Maximising branch income with the cross-selling of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Always displaying excellent customer service

Benefits
- On Target Earnings (OTE) of £35,000 per annum - UNCAPPED
- Additional £4,000 per annum car allowance
- Incentivised commission and performance bonuses
- A 5-day working week
- 25 days’ holiday excluding bank holidays

Requirements
- No experience required as full training can be given
- Preferably you will have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator looking for progression or Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and looking for the next step in your career
- This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on the branch success story
- A full UK driving license is essential
