The Role
Joining an experienced and collaborative team, you'll advise clients on a wide range of Council Tax, Domestic Rating and property valuation matters across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing Council Tax and Domestic Rating appeals.
- Reviewing assessments and identifying opportunities for savings and rebranding.
- Undertaking property inspections and valuation analysis.
- Preparing reports and offering strategic advice to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitoring legislation and market developments affecting property taxation.
- Supporting wider valuation and professional services work where required.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates from a variety of property backgrounds, including Rating, Valuation, General Practice and Professional Services.

You Should Have
- A degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property or a related discipline.
- Experience within Rating, Valuation, General Practice or a similar property consultancy environment.
- MRICS qualification, APC enrolment, or an ambition to achieve chartership.
- Strong analytical, communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive approach and genuine interest in developing a career within Rating and Valuation.
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
