Build something from the ground up, backed by one of the UK's most established property consultancies.
Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a highly respected property consultancy as they embark on an exciting period of growth within their valuation business.
This is a rare opportunity to join a developing team at an early stage and play a key role in shaping its future direction.
Whilst the valuation division is expanding, the business itself is far from a start-up. With a long track record and a reputation as one of the largest and most successful property consultancies, the foundations, infrastructure, and client relationships are already firmly established.
The business has demonstrated a genuine commitment to investment and growth in recent years and has ambitious plans for its valuation offering across the UK.
The Opportunity
Joining at this stage will give you the chance to help develop the business, build client relationships, and influence its future growth strategy while benefiting from immediate access to high-quality valuation instructions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
