Beach Baker is delighted to be working in partnership with a growing independent valuation consultancy to recruit a Chartered Valuation Surveyor as part of their continued national expansion.

The Role
- Undertake loan security valuations across commercial and some residential assets
- Produce RICS Red Book-compliant reports
- Liaise with lenders, clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage your own workload with a high degree of autonomy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
About You
- MRICS & RICS Registered Valuer
- Minimum 3 years' PQE
- Experience within commercial loan security valuations
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong report writing and attention to detail
- Professional, client-focused approach
