Valuation Surveyor - Registered Valuer
East Midlands / Hybrid Working
An excellent opportunity for an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer to take a senior role within an established property operation.
This is a varied position combining professional valuation, property disposal, auction and client advisory work, with a particular focus on insolvency, receivership and probate-related instructions.
The role
You'll undertake property valuation instructions across residential, commercial property and land.

Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking Red Book valuations, desktop assessments and market appraisals.
- Valuing and advising on land and development opportunities.
- Producing high-quality valuation reports and professional advice.
- Developing client relationships and generating new instructions.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the property team.
About you
You'll ideally have:
- MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status.
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong residential and commercial valuation experience, including land.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A commercially minded, confident and autonomous approach.

The post offers hybrid working, (circa 3 days in the East Midlands office, 2 days wfh).
