Join Raymond James and play a key role in supporting the accurate administration of client investment portfolios. This position sits within the Investment Operations team and is responsible for maintaining high-quality portfolio records, processing corporate actions, managing investment data, and delivering accurate valuations and reporting to support exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client portfolio records, ensuring stock transactions, holdings, tax costs, and valuations are accurately recorded and processed efficiently.
  • Ensure all documentation is recorded correctly and maintained for audit and regulatory purposes.
  • Process corporate actions affecting investment holdings and client portfolios.
  • Maintain and update investment performance data.
  • Perform daily price validation checks to ensure the accuracy of market data feeds.
  • Support the ongoing integrity and accuracy of the stock database.
  • Coordinate and prepare probate valuations as required.
  • Contribute to delivering a high standard of operational support to investment managers and clients.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an operations, administration, back-office, or financial services environment.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and performing reconciliations.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.
