Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a keen-eyed, motivated individual to join our team as a Property Valuations Associate - a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to break into the world of residential property valuation.

You’ll be part of the team that decides which properties we buy and how much we should pay for them. Using our in-house proprietary tool (Compass) and your own commercial judgement, you’ll help ensure every property we invest in can deliver the right returns.

Key Responsibilities

What you’ll be working on

  • Assess Properties: Use our valuation tool to help determine whether properties across the UK are suitable for investment.
  • Analyse Returns: Evaluate the expected rental income, renovation requirements, and investment potential of each property.
  • Work with Teams: Collaborate with our Capital Markets and Acquisition teams to help shape what we buy and why.
  • Support New Initiatives: Contribute to projects involving new builds, off-market opportunities and ad-hoc projects where required.
  • Hit Team Goals: Help the Valuations Team meet key targets that drive our company’s growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
