Mondrian Alpha Valuation Professional
Mondrian Alpha are partnering with a global investment firm looking to appoint a Valuation Professional to join their global investment valuation team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on valuations of private infrastructure and private market royalties in a fast-paced environment.
The role will involve taking responsibility for the ongoing monitoring and tracking of investment performance throughout the holding period, conducting financial analysis and valuing assets using established valuation methodologies. Working closely with investment teams and other internal stakeholders, you will develop expertise across private markets valuations.

The role includes working with external valuation service providers and auditors on investment monitoring and valuation matters, alongside preparing valuation reports, memoranda and other deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
The firm are seeking a candidate with 3 to 5 years' experience in valuation and financial modelling gained within a leading financial services firm, or fund focused on direct private infrastructure investments. Strong financial modelling capabilities, including model building and review, and experience performing DCF calculations is essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, close attention to detail and excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases such as S&P Capital IQ is required.
