The Firm
A well established, independently owned property consultancy with a strong reputation across the Midlands and nationally. The firm is on all major bank lending panels and has a busy, growing valuations practice.
The Opportunity
To join a growing valuations division with an existing book of work, with the scope & autonomy to self generate your own book of business.
The Role
A Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to join the valuations team, working alongside the Head of Valuations. The team services a consistent flow of instructions from lender panels and private clients. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a team with an existing pipeline of work from day one. Instructions will primarily cover office, retail, and industrial assets, with some specialist valuations within the wider portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Undertaking Red Book valuations across commercial sectors, primarily office, retail, and industrial.
- Servicing lender panel instructions and private client work.
- Building and maintaining client relationships to generate self-referred instructions over time.
- Contributing to the growth of the valuations function within a broader professional services team.

Candidate
- MRICS qualified with demonstrable valuations experience across commercial property.
- Comfortable working across multiple asset classes.
- Ideally late 20s to early 30s, though strong candidates at any level will be considered.
- Someone looking for a platform to develop, with genuine long-term career progression on offer.
