What We're Looking For πŸ”

Begin your career in Life Sciences at Kintiga as an Associate Consultant in Value Communication. Ideal for recent life-science graduates and PhDs looking to transition from academia to industry, this role combines scientific rigour and real-world impact from day one. You’ll translate complex data into clear, persuasive insights, working closely with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, while developing expertise in market access and health technology assessments (HTAs) across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned project components, including evidence reviews, HTA landscaping, payer environment analysis, analogue reviews, interview support and value communication work streams.
  • Develop structured client-facing outputs, including slide decks, evidence summaries, value narratives, payer insight reports, briefing materials, objection handlers and draft sections of value dossiers or HTA materials.
  • Interpret clinical, economic, epidemiological and policy information and identify implications for access strategy under guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Support client meetings, workshops and advisory boards through preparation of materials, meeting notes, action tracking and presentation of factual analysis where appropriate.
  • Plan and prioritise own work, coordinate inputs from Analysts, and escalate risks related to scope, quality, timelines or dependencies.
  • Perform quality checks on data, references, logic, formatting and written outputs to support client-ready delivery.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in life sciences, health economics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, economics or a related discipline.
  • Experience contributing to market access, value communications, HTA, HEOR, evidence synthesis, medical writing or healthcare consulting projects.
  • Good understanding of HTA, payer evidence requirements, pricing and reimbursement principles and healthcare decision-making.
  • Familiarity with NICE, SMC, NCPE, JCA and/or major international HTA systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to structure evidence clearly and accurately.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within project timelines.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience developing or supporting global value dossiers, value propositions, payer decks, HTA submission materials, advisory board outputs or objection handlers.
  • Experience in consultancy, pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech or HTA body environment.
