YOUR ROLE As a Managing Consultant or Senior Manager within the Finance & Enterprise Value practice, you will have substantial expertise in engineering CFO-grade business cases and outcome-based commercial models for £10m+ multi-year, multi-tower enterprise transformations whilst also being able to work flexibly across the wider Enterprise Model & Strategy portfolio. In this role you will contribute to the practice as follows:
Lead the development of the client-side value story for our largest multi-tower deals by identifying and quantifying the value they will deliver, and shaping CFO grade business cases Support the arrangement of outcome-based models by translating value into measurable KPIs, baselines and gainshare / risk-reward structures that protect margin and align commercial terms to realised outcomes Lead CFO-level value conversations by owning financial models, challenging assumptions, and presenting board-ready investment narrative Work closely with pursuit teams to rigorously challenge deal solutions, ensuring they are optimised for measurable ROI Develop and present meaningful recommendations, ensuring they are practical, robust, and withstand client scrutiny while leveraging the latest strategic transformation trends. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor at all levels and identifying business development opportunities Coach and develop team members, providing performance management, fostering leadership, and supporting recruitment to grow the team. Drive business growth, leading the pursuit of new opportunities through internal and external networks, collaborating across Capgemini.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events. As a Managing Consultant you will have a soft sales target of £0.5m. As a Senior Manager you will have a sales target of £1m. Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development. Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc. YOUR PROFILE To succeed in the role, you will bring the following experience:

Big Deals experience: Proven experience shaping and winning £10m+ multi-year, multi-tower enterprise transformations, including building CFO-grade business cases, influencing capital allocation decisions, and structuring outcome-based or risk-reward commercial models under executive scrutiny. Leadership Experience: Proven ability to build and lead teams, mobilising and managing projects to successful delivery over a minimum 6-8 years of experience. Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving, Stakeholder Management & Communication: Ability to rapidly understand complex business challenges, shape solutions through a fact-based approach, and develop strategies that drive measurable impact. Strong analytical skills, ensuring insights and recommendations are evidence-based and withstand client scrutiny. Proven ability to develop and maintain peer relationships with senior executives, securing alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives. Execution & Solution Delivery: Leading and planning the execution of workstreams, applying structured methodologies, and contributing to service redesign efforts that optimise customer experience through digital capabilities. Business Development & Growth: Identifying opportunities for new work, expanding client relationships, and supporting sales efforts by shaping compelling value propositions and proposals.
Desirable skills and experience include:
Preference for candidates who are Chartered Accountants (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or hold equivalent financial qualifications. Experience working on solutions which successfully utilise Artificial Intelligence.

About our team Finance & Enterprise Value (F&EV) is the finance strategy & transformation advisory practice within Enterprise Model & Strategy (EM&S), part of the Corporate Experience capability unit at Capgemini Invent. We help CFOs and senior leaders identify, convert, and sustain value across the finance function.
Our practice comprises three work areas:
Value Strategy & Modelling (VSM): Business case development, value realisation planning and shaping of outcome based commercial structures for major client decisions and deals. Strategic Finance Delivery: Connects strategy to performance by building integrated planning, forecasting, cost management, and finance delivery capabilities that strengthen decision‑making and operational efficiency. Finance Transformation: Modernises finance functions through intelligent process redesign, future‑ready operating models, and integration/separation support to create scalable, digital, insight‑driven finance operations.
