**# Adobe Private Capital: Value Creation Director – Adobe Digital Experience & Digital Media (PE, VC, SWF)
## The Opportunity Adobe is driving strategic growth through Adobe Private Capital (APC), a dedicated initiative engaging global Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and Sovereign Wealth (SWF) firms. We’re seeking high-calibre, experienced professionals with backgrounds in:
- Large-scale corporate transformation programs
- Operating Partner roles in PE firms
- A start-up mentality—nurturing resilience, passion for strategic thinking, and operational execution excellence
This role will unite you with Adobe’s global influence—coordinating efforts across Adobe Digital Experience and Digital Media lines of business while directly driving value creation for portfolio companies worldwide.
### What You’ll Do
An Adobe Private Capital Value Creation Director will partner with PE, VC, and SWF firms to unlock potential via Adobe’s integrated technology stack. Core responsibilities include:
Value Realisation & Strategy
- Collaborate with analysts to identify high-potential portfolio companies poised to benefit from Adobe’s capabilities.
- Lead global value-creation discussions with Operating Partners, leveraging:
- Adobe’s proprietary industry insights
- External data sources to pinpoint growth levers.
- Design and deliver high-impact transformation programs alongside a small leadership team.
Adobe’s Technology Adoption
- Establish governance models ensuring executional alignment across key stakeholders.
- Develop business cases tailored to portfolio priorities, demonstrating ROI for Adobe’s offerings.
Strategic Partnerships & Growth
- Build cross-functional relationships with Adobe executives and portfolio customers to fuel long-term account growth.
- Expand revenues across software, services, and support.
- Lead regional account teams, ensuring local objectives align with global directives.
Customer & Firm Engagement
- Execute critical customer-facing initiatives, including executive briefings, site visits, and ideation workshops.
- Partner with marketing teams to drive accountability and momentum for PE firms—maximising engagement through well-structured perspectives and targeted events.

### What You Bring
Success hinges on three pillars: short-term pipeline growth, medium-term value creation for PE portfolios, and long-term retention. You’ll succeed if you:
- Demonstrate a flawless track record in enterprise engagements (both standalone and consequent consultancy/PE experiences).
- Have proven expertise in both Software & Services domains, with an ability to:
- Structure and negotiate multi-faceted agreements.
- Mitigate risk and drive visibility at scale.
- Excels in leadership—guidance, strategy, and execution across matrixed organisations aligned to common goals.
Key Attributes
- Enterprise Transformation & Change Management
- Direct experience in digital transformations for marketing organisations.
- Practical insight into marketing technology (MarTech) stack evolution and digital trends.
- Operational Governance
- Capability to instantiate and enforce multi-level governance models across IT, stakeholders, steering committees, and PMOs.
- Strategic Execution

- Knowledge of competitive positioning and the evolving value − encryption in Adobe’s ecosystem.
- Problem-Solving & Creativity
- Flexibility to adapt strategic frameworks to evolving business challenges.
Experience & Eligibility
- 10+ years of validation in one of the following: PE, VC, SWF, Technology, or Professional Services.
- Proven record of delivering value for complex, high-impact clients.
- Executive presence: confident communication, ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep analytical and written communication skills.
- Readiness to frequently travel for portfolio engagements.
