About this opportunity
The Value Pack Portfolio Director is responsible for the MSN Value Pack portfolio section, defining and evolving add-on service bundles that enhance base Network and Field Operations services. The position focuses on monetizing EOE, ANO and other capabilities through differentiated, scalable AI based offerings.
Role responsibilities
- Own and maintain the MSN Value Pack portfolio, including definition of add-on service bundles, value propositions and commercial constructs on top of base Network and Field Operations services.
- Identify and develop new Value Packs that monetize EOE, MSDP and ANO capabilities.
- Ensure Value Pack offerings are clearly positioned, standardized and easy to sell and deliver across Market Areas.
- Collaborate with BPD Capabilities Development, AI Innovation and Security to ensure Value Packs are technically feasible and aligned with platform and security strategies.
- Support MA/CU Sales and MSCOOs with Value Pack content, positioning, business cases and sales enablement material.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, communications and industry events.

Role Authority
- Propose new Value Packs and changes to existing ones to BPD and SA MSN governance.
- Access necessary technical, operational and commercial information to design and manage Value Packs.
- Initiate and drive cross-functional development work for new Value Pack offerings.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Education – University degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Experience – Typically 7+ years in managed services, product/portfolio management or solution design, ideally with exposure to analytics, automation, AI or optimization solutions.
- Skills – Strong technical and operational understanding of network and field operations; service design; business and commercial acumen. Proven ability to translate technology into commercial offerings. Excellent communications skills including at industry events and with industry executives and analysts.
