Value Realisation Manager

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive real business value? As a Value Realisation Manager at Specsavers, you'll play a key role in helping us understand, measure and maximise the impact of our investments, programmes and strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a business that's committed to changing lives through better sight and hearing, ensuring that great ideas translate into measurable outcomes that benefit our colleagues, customers and partners.

Working across Finance, Commercial, Transformation and regional teams, you'll support the development of value measurement frameworks, KPIs and reporting that provide clear visibility of business performance. You'll analyse financial, commercial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and risks, creating actionable insights that support decision-making at every level. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to align on measures of success, embed consistent approaches to performance measurement and help drive continuous improvement.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring strong analytical capability and experience working with complex datasets, performance reporting and KPI development. You'll be confident translating data into clear, commercially focused recommendations and comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to influence thinking and build alignment. Experience in value realisation, business performance, transformation or benefits management environments will set you up for success, alongside strong Excel skills and a naturally curious mindset that enjoys solving problems and uncovering opportunities.
