Location: Edinburgh, Hybrid

Computershare have an exciting opportunity for a Value Stream Delivery Lead to join our Technology team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic digital transformation outcomes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

A role you will love
As the Value Stream Delivery Lead, your role is pivotal in driving the delivery of our value streams. Ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment in our multi-year digital program.
You will leverage your deep functional knowledge and extensive business experience to lead the delivery of value-stream outcomes (e.g., cost reduction, revenue growth, customer eNPS).
You will play a crucial role in cultivating a high-performance team culture, focused on delivering exceptional results. Your adeptness in problem-solving and impact-driven approach will be key in navigating complex challenges and delivering solutions that not only meet but exceed business objectives. By harnessing your exceptional interpersonal skills, you will build and maintain robust relationships across the organization, inspiring collaboration and driving cohesive efforts towards shared goals.
You will be expected to drive the execution plan, effectively manage dependencies, and navigate through challenges to ensure the successful delivery of our value stream.

Some Key Responsibilities Include
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Delivery Team, establishing strong collaborative relationships with the Account Executive, Business Owner, Product Manager, and Value Stream Architect
- Oversee the planning and resource allocation to deliver the value stream effectively
- Employ your extensive experience to identify and resolve challenges, keeping the delivery process on track
- Proactively manage dependencies and anticipate potential obstacles to maintain continuous progress
- Strike a balance between managing immediate operational requirements and long-term planning
- Ensure the team is well-equipped to handle current tasks while being prepared for future challenges
- Produce comprehensive reporting and project artifacts, providing clear visibility of progress to stakeholders across various levels
What will you bring to the role?

In Addition, You Will Have
- Experience from a Financial Services organisation who has embarked on a digital transformation or a FinTech that has launched digital products and/or platforms
- Have a solid understanding of the industry landscape, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Proven history of contributing to successful projects, demonstrating an ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency
- Excel in building, leading, and motivating teams to achieve high performance and meet project goals
- Skilled in delegating responsibilities effectively, empowering team members while maintaining accountability
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions that lead to meaningful outcomes
