Join our Services Supply Chain Planning Team

Join our Services Supply Chain Planning team and help us deliver exceptional value to customers through smarter, more efficient operations. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of service delivery and supply chain strategy, where your insights drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load Balance and Synchronization: In charge of the right load balance and the synchronization of heterogeneous product families and different load centres (Eng dept, manufacturing …) with finite capacity.
  • Production Plan Management: Create, manage, change, and be responsible for the production plan for one of the lines in the factory.
  • Lifecycle Milestones: Adhere to milestones in product lifecycle and take ownership of the Healthy production start process.
  • Customer Expectations: Effectively manage customer expectations and production capabilities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor line performance and communicate any issues in an effective manner to management.
  • Production Control Coordination: Coordinate line issues linked to production control (shortages, priorities, escalations, improvements).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other areas of the business to achieve best on time delivery and highest service level for our customers.
  • MRP Utilization: Constantly use MRP to link upstream and downstream flows.
  • Process Improvement: Drive the change and suggest improvements/changes to the current processes.

Key Skills Required

  • Inventory Planning: Intermediate level; forecasting and allocating resources to meet service demand.
  • Material Management Tool: Intermediate level; tracking and managing materials throughout the supply chain.
  • End-to-End Control Tower: Intermediate level; monitoring supply chain activities to ensure seamless product flow.
  • Demand Planning: Developing level; analyzing requirements to align supply with customer needs.
  • Sales Inventory and Operations Planning: Developing level; coordinating cross-functional planning processes.
  • Inventory Management: Developing level; maintaining optimal stock levels to support service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Developing level; partnering with teams to address issues and enhance communication.
  • Influencing Skills: Developing level; driving alignment and action across stakeholders.

Compensation

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 35,200 - GBP 52,800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
