Salary: £35,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on skills, experience and the agreed scope of the role. For an exceptional candidate, we’re open to discussing a salary above the advertised range to reflect their skills and experience.
Location: This role can be on-site (Coalville, nr Leicester, LE67), hybrid or remote (but UK-based) for the right candidate!

Your responsibilities and level of technical involvement will reflect your strengths, with scope to develop as your experience grows.

The Opportunity
You’ll help customers find suitable valve automation (actuator) solutions, build lasting relationships and secure new and repeat business. Working closely with our sales, technical and engineering teams, your responsibilities would include:
- Handling customer enquiries and understanding technical requirements.
- Preparing technical and commercial quotations and following up on opportunities.
- Supporting the selection and sizing of actuators and control systems.
- Working with engineers and suppliers to develop suitable solutions.
- Supporting customers throughout the order process and providing after-sales assistance.
- Helping identify new business opportunities and supporting customer visits and exhibitions.

What We’re Looking For
- Clear communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
- An interest in engineering, technical problem-solving and sales.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- A willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
Experience in valves, actuators, engineering or technical sales would be useful, but we welcome applicants with transferable skills. Whether your strengths are technical, commercial or a mix of both, we’re open to discussing how the role could work for you.
